RE : STOCK INFERIOR AND SHORT EXPIRY DATE

With reference to your Invoice No : IN00001234,  it shows that we purchased  200 bottles of your Medicated Oil.

We do received some complain that the quality is slightly inferior and this could be due to the seal. Furthermore, this purchase done in September last year had a short expiry date which is expiry in 08/10.

As we still having the balance of about 145 bottles,  we would therefore appreciate if your kind self could look into the exchange of fresh stock for us.
