We have recently received a number of complaints from our customers that the Q0104Z of "Tajam Best" pencils you supplied are of inferior quality because of the lead breaks easily.

Our customer, mainly schools and government departments, have returned their order and have demanded a fresh supply of good quality pencils. We are therefore returning the returned and unsold pencils to you. We hope you will replace them with better quality pencils immediately.
